About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Bankruptcy Specialist with solid experience in bankruptcy law and case management. This role requires knowledge of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support attorneys and clients throughout the bankruptcy process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and related documents.
• Manage bankruptcy case calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
• Conduct client intake, gather financial information, and verify supporting documents.
• Liaise with trustees, courts, creditors, and clients to ensure case progress.
• Monitor dockets and update case management systems.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with bankruptcy regulations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy law (Chapter 7, 11, 13).
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures, deadlines, and court requirements.
• Proficiency in bankruptcy software (Best Case, CINcompass, or similar).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
