Corporate Strategy Manager

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in leading financial projections, tracking growth and profitability over the next seven years and beyond. You will provide financial analysis, guidance, and strategic recommendations related to investment projects and other finance activities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and regulatory frameworks, as well as strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with the Finance team, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to drive investment decisions and optimize financial performance.

 

Your Deliverables Will Be:

• Design and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead 7-year projections and model scenarios for growth and profitability.
• Evaluate performance metrics, market trends, and competition to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and valuations (DCF, WACC, multiples) to support decisions.
• Build sensitivity analyses to measure impact on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Provide financial analyses and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and executive team.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategic materials for senior management and stakeholders.
• Strengthen relationships with banks, auditors, and advisors to enable partnerships.
• Act as liaison with external advisors to ensure effective communication.
• Monitor financial markets, economic conditions, and regulations to adapt company strategy.
• Support preparation of financial reports, filings, and compliance documents.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and financial best practices.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in long-term planning, investment strategy, and corporate finance.
• Skilled in financial modeling and valuations (DCF, WACC, multiples), with strong P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow knowledge.
• Ability to turn financial data into insights for executive decision-making.
• Strong relationship-building skills with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Experience in M&A.
• Proven ability to assess risks and opportunities and design strategies for sustainable growth.
