🛠 Your Mission:
As our Front End Sr. Developer Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the visual technology roadmap for our digital platforms—both web and mobile. You'll drive the strategy, supervise front-end development teams (internal and external), ensure quality, scalability, and performance, and collaborate with UX/UI design to turn business needs into world-class digital experiences.

Your Deliverables Will Include:

• Define and prioritize the technology strategy and development roadmap for our digital front end.
• Supervise and evaluate the front-end development ensuring best practices in performance, security, and code quality.
• Lead the execution of the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform visual designs into technical front-end components.
• Leverage technologies like Angular and AWS to deliver seamless customer-facing experiences.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end leadership roles.
• Strong background in Angular, AWS, solution architecture, and mobile development (native or hybrid).
• Experience in transactional websites and eCommerce flows.
• Solid understanding of micro front-end design and implementation.
• Familiar with using APIs to render dynamic data.
• Previous experience in retail or eCommerce industries (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Tech Stack & Key Knowledge:

• Angular or equivalent frontend frameworks.
• AWS ecosystem.
• Mobile development (iOS, Android, hybrid).
• Caching mechanisms & performance optimization.
• Architecture design for scalable digital solutions.
