📌 Position Title: Intake Specialist
🌍 Location: Bogotá, Colombia
📍 Office: Cl. 72 #8-24, Quinta Camacho. Piso 4, 6, 7 y 8
🕒 Shift Options: Availability from Monday to Sunday (Two days off selected by the operation)
⏰ Availability: 07AM - 9P COL  (the schedule will be given in this time frame)
Hours per week: 44

MUST HAVE:
📞 Experience: 1+ year in customer service or call centers
🗣️ Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish)

📝 Job Description: 
📞 Answer calls with professionalism and empathy
🧾 Document and resolve inquiries
🌟 Provide excellent client service
🔍 Pay close attention to detail
🗂️ Retain and document client/provider info

📌 Principal Duties:
1️⃣ Conduct consultations for potential cases
2️⃣ Sign up new clients electronically
3️⃣ Set initial clinic appointments
4️⃣ Review inquiry calls/emails
5️⃣ Process and file legal documents
6️⃣ Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms
7️⃣ Data entry and case documentation

📌 Secondary Duties:
🤝 Collaborate with other departments
📲 Connect clients with legal teams
📞 Direct calls from insurance/medical providers appropriately
