Zoomlion is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth of our Agricultural Machinery Business across Latin America.

This position will lead regional commercial operations, business development, distributor network expansion, market penetration strategies, and high-performing sales teams to strengthen Zoomlion's presence throughout the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business and sales strategies across Latin America.
• Lead revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion initiatives.
• Manage and optimize dealer and distributor networks across multiple countries.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic accounts, and growth territories.
• Build and develop high-performing regional commercial teams.
• Support product launches, market development, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to align regional objectives with global strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Minimum 5 years managing regional teams or multinational operations.
• Strong experience in agricultural machinery, farm equipment, heavy equipment, construction equipment, or agribusiness sectors.
• Proven success managing dealer and distributor networks across Latin America.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Availability to travel extensively throughout Latin America (40%-60%).
