Occupational Health Coordinator

As an Occupational Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising occupational health actions that ensure risk prevention, compliance with current labor regulations (NOM-STPS), and the promotion of safe, healthy, and sustainable work environments. You will act as a strategic link between clinical, operational, and regulatory areas to protect employee health and contribute to business continuity.

Your Deliverables Will Be:
• Ensure compliance with national and international occupational health regulations.
• Lead periodic and risk-based medical evaluations and implement prevention campaigns.
• Control and monitor occupational diseases, ensuring safe and legal reintegration processes.
• Coordinate prevention and promotion programs.

• Manage inspections and audits from STPS and other authorities.
• Integrate occupational health actions with workplace safety and hygiene programs.
• Execute hygiene programs

Our Ideal Candidate:
• Holds a degree in Medicine (Surgeon, preferably with a master’s in Occupational Health).
• 5+ years of experience in occupational medicine within the industrial sector.
• Proven knowledge and execution of NOM-STPS standards and risk prevention programs.
• Skilled in occupational medical evaluations (admission, periodic, post-incapacity).
• Intermediate+ Excel skills and experience with medical databases or health platforms.
• Strong organization, analytical skills, and human-oriented approach.
• Experience leading teams and managing health-related projects.
