Sales Executive

📍 Sales Executive – Brazil (Base: Bogotá, COL)

Kaplan International is looking for a dynamic professional, passionate about international education and with a strong commercial background, to join our sales team.

✨ What you will do:

• Proactively prospect and engage with new leads (phone, email, chat)
• Manage and follow up on leads to maximize conversion
• Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies and strategic accounts
• Support students throughout the entire enrollment process
• Participate in industry fairs and events to generate demand

💰 What we offer:

• Base salary: To be discussed

✅ What we are looking for:

• Native Portuguese fluency and ideally English
• Experience in consultative sales / inside sales
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proactive, resilient, and results-driven profile
