✅ Initial Requirements to Apply:

1️⃣ B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English).

2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.

3️⃣ Professional experience in data analysis/reporting roles, working with SQL Server and BI tools.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
• Analyze and transform large datasets to generate business insights and metrics.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
• Identify data anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
• Work with multiple data sources including SAP, SQL Server, Oracle, and flat files.

💼 Required Skills / Experience:

• Proficiency (3+ years) in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and report development.
• At least 1+ year of experience with Power BI.
• Strong experience in data analysis, data mining, and handling large datasets.
• Experience with SSIS / ETL processes and SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).
• Knowledge of data integration from multiple sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, Access, text files).
• Experience with testing processes (UAT) and reporting validation.
• Solid understanding of database structures and reporting environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Experience working with billing or enrollment data (1–4 years).

⭐ Nice to Have (Plus):

• Experience with SAP (especially billing or BW).
• Knowledge of SSAS (OLAP cubes) and drill-down reporting.
• Experience with .NET / VB.NET.
• Familiarity with SAS (PC or Unix environments).
• Experience with automation tools (Worksoft, WinRunner).
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
