Specific knowledge for this position: • Knowledge on network administration, telephony, telecommunications, network services. • Basic knowledge about computer security. • Management on office tools. • English, excellent Reading, Speaking and Writing comprehension. • Basic concepts of voice platforms preferably on AVAYA technology.
