The company is seeking a Sales Executive to lead B2B industrial sales, building long-term commercial relationships and delivering high-value packaging and packaging solutions for clients in Mexico City’s metropolitan area. As an Industrial Account Executive, this role will drive business development by identifying opportunities, designing value-added proposals and managing the full sales cycle for packaging and logistics solutions in the industrial sector. In this position as B2B Sales Executive, the selected professional will strengthen the company’s presence in the industrial market, expanding strategic accounts and ensuring excellent execution from prospecting to after-sales service in the Mexico City metropolitan region. This role offers direct exposure to key industrial sector clients, cross-functional interaction with internal areas, and the possibility to develop a career in consultative sales of packaging and packing solutions. We foster a professional environment oriented towards results, continuous improvement, and building long-term client relationships. This is a great opportunity for a Business Development professional.

Responsabilidades:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector in the Zona Metropolitana.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients acting as a trusted advisor for their packaging and logistics needs.
  • Design and present tailored value propositions and solutions based on the company's product and service portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation needs assessment proposal development negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations logistics and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the company's revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market activities and competitor strategies to identify new sales avenues.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools effectively for pipeline management and reporting.
Requerimientos:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or related fields
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar B2B sales role within the industrial sector preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
  • Familiarity with industrial sales processes and solutions including packaging and logistics.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM software Office 365 Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop value-added proposals.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ciudad de México.
  • Understanding of the industrial market dynamics in the Zona Metropolitana.
