Mission


Lead the operational execution and provide strategic follow-up on all product and brand-related initiatives, working closely with the Product Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful implementation.


Main purposes on the job


  • Market & competitors analysis to understand category dynamics, trends and opportunities for our categories (NPD data)
  • Develop monthly business reviews templates so the team has the tools to identify risks and opportunities to meet objectives
  • Assist in the development and tracking of budgets, as well as the analysis of costs and product profitability.
  • Support the category team on different innovation tasks: follow-up on cmmfs creations, filling in different innovation reports with required information for the launch, preparation of technical product sheets
  • Lead bundles development and launch according to agreed deadlines
  • Help the team with topics like conversions, complexity, slobs (inventory management to deliver the best business solutions to improve our KPIs)
  • Monitoring the compliance with the category sales plan
  • Management of prices in the system for customers and the corresponding category
  • Control of samples management
  • Contact and coordination with Sales & Operations Team to assure initiatives are implemented on time
  • Work with BU teams to support on all launches
  • Work together with Trade Marketing team to build POS plans and give follow-up with them about the execution
  • Support on administrative tasks
  • Support on financial analysis for proposals
  • Lead packaging development for new products
  • Development of training materials
  • Prepare and manage creative and content briefs for internal teams and external agencies.
  • Support the optimization of product content across various channels (e-commerce, digital platforms, packaging, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing and product-related activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Follow up on the implementation of strategic initiatives, tracking performance metrics and providing updates to key stakeholders
