Criminal Law Virtual Assistant (Remote – LATAM)

We’re hiring a Criminal Law Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced U.S.-based law firm. This is a great opportunity for legal professionals in Latin America looking to grow their career in the U.S. legal space while working remotely.

What you’ll do:

• Draft and proofread motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• Assist in preparing case files for hearings, trials, and plea negotiations
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation
• Manage client communication and follow-ups
• Draft and review legal documents (motions, pleadings, correspondence)
• Track court deadlines, hearings, and filing requirements
• Maintain case files and update case management systems
• Coordinate calendars, hearings, and deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with U.S. law firms (required)
• Background in Criminal Law (highly preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with legal software Filevine
