3️⃣ 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building scalable distributed systems.

Required Skills / Experience:

💼 Senior Node/React Engineer

• 5+ years of experience with Node, React, REST APIs.
• Strong background in architecture and system design for distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar streaming platforms).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, DynamoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with AWS (hands-on preferred) and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, monitoring and alerting.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Proven ability to work with leadership teams and influence technical decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technology leader, defining architecture and engineering best practices across teams.
• Drive technical strategy alongside leadership, aligning with business goals.
• Design and evolve microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to propose scalable solutions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Ensure performance, scalability, observability, and security across systems.

📌 We offer:

• Contract type: Permanent (Contrato a término indefinido + beneficios).
• Direct contract in Colombia (not contractor).
• Salary: Depending on experience. Exp: 5+ years Up to $10'700.000 COP monthly
• Payment in COP.
