Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS 100% Remote (LatAm)

Location: Remote (LatAm)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up to $12 USD/hour + performance-based incentives

At ColJob, we are partnering with an international technology company specializing in AI-powered SaaS solutions for physical security infrastructure management.

The company offers a centralized platform that enables organizations to monitor, optimize, and maintain their security systems through automation, advanced analytics, and predictive maintenance.

We are currently looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to support their commercial growth by generating new qualified business opportunities in the B2B space.


🎯 About the Role

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for proactive prospecting, engaging with key decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and requires a results-oriented mindset.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm outreach).
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers (Operations Managers, Service Directors, Owners).
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings and demos.
  • Accurately log all activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Handle objections effectively and build rapport quickly.

✅ Requirements

Communication & Language

  • Fluent to native-level English (C1–C2) with clear, professional pronunciation.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (cold calling).
  • Experience in SaaS or related industries is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
