Human Resources Generalist Junior – Kaplan International

 What you’ll be doing

As our HR Generalist Junior, you’ll:

  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across different HR functions.
  • Conduct interviews and support the entire onboarding process, including employee affiliations to social security entities.
  • Manage HR administrative processes such as employee files, HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support payroll and time reporting processes.
  • Provide guidance to employees on policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR topics.
  • Assist with performance management, compensation cycles, and employee relations.
  • Support employee engagement by coordinating events and managing incentives (such flight tickets).
  • Develop and update job descriptions for new and existing positions.
  • Contribute to special projects and HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and company culture.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of HR-related experience.
  • Hands-on experience conducting interviews, onboarding employees, and managing affiliations with social security entities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate events and employee engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
