We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst to support our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review vendor statements and account balances.
• Process accounts payable transactions, advances, and credits.
• Provide support and timely communication to suppliers.
• Prepare reports and month-end closing information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and payment procedures.
• Reconcile invoices with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding items with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of accounts payable records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (B2+)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with accounting and financial systems
• Previous experience in multinational environments is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams
