We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Shared Services Finance team in Bogotá. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, maintaining strong financial controls, supporting month-end closing activities, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices accurately and within established deadlines.
• Perform invoice validation through 2-way match and 3-way match processes.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with national and international suppliers to resolve inquiries and payment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate Accounts Payable reports and provide financial information as required.
• Maintain high levels of service and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable functions.
• Experience working in Shared Services Centers (SSC), multinational companies, or multi-company environments is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience working with ERP systems such as
• SAP
• Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Strong knowledge of: 2-Way Match, 3-Way Match, Vendor Reconciliations, Invoice Processing, Financial Closing Processes

Language

• Advanced English level (B2-C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
