About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead - Payments to oversee payment operations within a global finance environment. This position will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Accounts Payable Payment team.
- Ensure timely and accurate supplier payment execution.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.
- Resolve complex payment issues and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members while promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
✅ 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
✅ 1-2 years of experience leading teams.
✅ Experience in Payment Operations, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Dynamics.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
✅ Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1).
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
