We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage an assigned portfolio, ensuring timely analysis, control, and recovery of accounts through effective strategies and adherence to credit policies. The main objective of this role is to optimize cash flow and contribute to financial decision-making that enhances business efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced office tools.
• Conversational English level B2+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the portfolio of strategic clients by performing credit risk analysis and proposing action plans for recovery.
• Analyze key performance indicators (DSO, aging reports, portfolio turnover) and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure effective payment agreements.
• Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement processes and tools in collection management.
• Share best practices and collaborate with the team on process optimization.
• Support audits and assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Oversee the processing of invoices.
