We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage an assigned portfolio, ensuring timely analysis, control, and recovery of accounts through effective strategies and adherence to credit policies. The main objective of this role is to optimize cash flow and contribute to financial decision-making that enhances business efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Advanced proficienoffice tools.
- Conversational English level B2+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record invoices, payments, and credit notes in the ERP accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and identify potential discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of accounts receivable reports and aging analysis.
- Contact clientes to follow-up on overdue payments and coordinate payment arrangements under the supervision of the coordinator or team lead.
- Maintain up-to-date customer banking information and contact details in SAP (credit line and payment terms).
- Assist with document management and ensure compliance with the department's internal procedures.
- Support internal or ecternal audits by providing the required information.
