About the Role

We are building a marketing organization where demand generation is driven through measurable, scalable, and performance-oriented channels. Our digital funnel is hybrid — combining self-serve eCommerce, Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) conversational sales, and partner-driven acquisition — which means every channel needs disciplined tracking, attribution, and numerical control to manage.

This role is a hybrid profile that combines three responsibilities under a single owner: (1) building and managing performance-based influencer and affiliate programs, (2) owning the analytics, tracking integrity, and numerical control of digital marketing performance — including but not limited to affiliate commissions, and (3) acting as a versatile digital marketing generalist who can support paid media, conversion optimization, SEO/AEO, and new digital initiatives as they emerge.

We expect this profile to be strong on numbers and analytics, fluent across the main digital channels, and able to translate data into action without waiting for a separate analyst or specialist to do it.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience across affiliate marketing or performance partnerships AND digital marketing analytics.

• Proven experience managing performance-based influencer or affiliate programs (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models).

• Strong analytical mindset: comfort handling large data sets, building dashboards, doing attribution analysis, and translating numbers into action.

• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads at the level of tracking validation, conversion setup, and performance analysis.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, basic query logic — and at least one BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience reconciling marketing-reported conversions against system-of-record sales data; comfort flagging tracking gaps, attribution errors, and commission discrepancies before payout.

• Working understanding of digital channels and conversion funnels, including hybrid funnels that involve assisted close (call center, WhatsApp, retail).

• Strong execution mindset — able to manage multiple workstreams, partners, and reports simultaneously without dropping operational discipline.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners and platforms.

• Ideally Bilingual: professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecommunications, fintech, or digital services with a hybrid (self-serve + assisted) acquisition funnel.

• Experience working with affiliate networks at scale or running large multi-partner programs.

• Experience with CTWA campaigns, conversational commerce, or chatbot-assisted sales funnels.

• Experience supporting CRO programs, A/B testing, or experimentation frameworks.

• Familiarity with attribution modeling beyond last-click (data-driven, position-based, MTA tools).
