We are looking for an Internal & External Communications Analyst to plan, execute, and evaluate communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture, promote alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values, and strengthen the company's image and reputation among internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal communications or related roles, including communication project management, content development, and organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced English – C1.
• Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of crisis communication.
