We are looking for an Reliability Analyst to play a crucial role in guaranteeing the proper functioning of our plants equipment.

In this role you'll contribute to operational continuity and asset reliability through the correct execution and monitoring of maintenance routines, recording and analysis of technical information, support in failure analysis and administrative management of maintenance, ensuring reliable data for decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Register, validate, and keep information updated in the CMMS (FIIX).
• Support failure analysis by gathering information and technical documentation.
• Generate operational reports and support the development of indicators (MTBF, MTTR, % unavailability).
• Document and cost spare parts used in maintenance.
• Create PRs and support the quotation and purchasing processes for spare parts.
• Potency maintain databases for purchases, energy consumption, and maintenance.
• Standardize documentation in FIIX according to defined guidelines.
• Support the implementation and updating of new maintenance routines.
• Provide administrative follow-up on action plans derived from failure analysis.
• Support the generation of executive reports and operational control.

Requirements

• Education: Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Electrician or Industrial Engineer.
• Fluent conversational English (B2+ or C1 required).
