The Bilingual Human Resources Analyst provides comprehensive support across Human Resources processes, ensuring timely execution aligned with local labor laws and corporate policies. This role contributes to a positive employee experience, operational efficiency, and the achievement of business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Human Resources point of contact for employees and business leaders supporting U.S. operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the onboarding process for new hires, including hiring, orientation, and successful integration into the company.
  • Manage and execute the expatriate relocation support program, ensuring policy compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Support offboarding and employee separation processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and proper clearance procedures.
  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational structure.
  • Provide support in performance management, feedback, and employee development processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.
  • Prepare HR reports and talent management performance indicators.
  • Maintain and manage employee information within HR systems (UKG), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Coordinate Talent Assessment processes, including vendor management and administration of assessments for development purposes.
  • Deliver timely and effective internal client support, addressing employee and leadership inquiries related to HR processes within scope.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • English level B2+ (fluent conversational).
  • Minimum of 3 years of general experience in Human Resources.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, HR management tools, and basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • U.S. visa (B1/B2) is desirable.
