As a Recruitment Analyst, you will be responsible for the recruitment and selection process for high-volume and strategic positions for our most important clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire selection process from the initial phase.

Post job openings on various portals and websites.

Conduct telephone, in-person, video, and group interviews.

Prepare reports and feedback on each candidate and the overall process.

Manage recruitment sources online.

Perform administrative tasks related to the position.

Profile:

Psychology degree.

B2 of English

At least 1-2 years of experience as a recruitment analyst in mass recruitment companies.

Proficient in Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Very organized and detail-oriented. Commitment to the team and to Jobandtalent's goals
