🚀 We’re Hiring in Medellín!
We are looking for a Bilingual Appointment Setter with strong English communication skills and experience in outbound prospecting to join an international B2B sales team focused on the E-commerce & Fulfillment industry.
📍 Medellín – Hybrid Model
🏢 3 days in-office 2 days remote
📌 Office located near Santafé Shopping Center
🕒 Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
💰 Base salary: COP $4,000,000 + commissions per scheduled meeting
📄 Initial 3-month fixed-term contract, followed by an indefinite-term contract
What will you do?
✔ Conduct cold calling to companies in the United States
✔ Generate and qualify B2B leads
✔ Schedule meetings with decision-makers
✔ Maintain CRM updates and follow-up activities
✔ Consistently achieve outreach and appointment-setting goals
⚠️ This position is focused exclusively on appointment setting and does NOT involve closing sales.
Requirements:
✅ Advanced English level (C1/C2 preferred)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✅ Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
✅ Technologist or professional, currently studying or graduated in business administration, communications, marketing, international business, or related fields
