We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience to support accounting and financial operations for an international company.

Requirements 

NON-NEGOTIABLE

- Minimum 2 yearS of experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or in a similar accounting role.

- At least 1 years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

- Technical, technological, or university studies in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.

Experience with:

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Bank and credit card reconciliations

- Invoice processing

- Expense categorization

- Financial record maintenance

- Basic financial reporting

- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

- Customer / vendor emails

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with English-speaking teams.

Preferred location: Medellín, Colombia.

 * Our preference is to hire someone based in Medellín. However, we are open to considering remote candidates if we find a strong profile with the right experience, English proficiency, and QuickBooks Online background.

Full Time Salary: COP $ 3.000.000 + Social Security Benefits.

Not fixed-term employment contract.
