The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the boutique, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, operational excellence, team development, and an exceptional client experience. We are looking for a leader capable of driving sustainable business growth, developing long-term client relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique's commercial strategy to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Develop long-term relationships with VIP clients through clienteling and loyalty initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
• Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and administrative processes.

Qualifications

Education:

Technical, technological, or university degree in:

• Marketing
• Sales
• Business Administration
• International Business
• Communications
• Related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years leading commercial teams.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience managing sales performance and commercial KPIs.

Requirements:
