We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the team of a global leading multinational in footwear and retail, with operations in Colombia. This role will lead the development and positioning of one of the company's growing brands in the market.

Requirements:
Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, managing retail, fashion or footwear brands, is required.
Solid knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing and market research. Trade marketing knowledge is a plus
Experience managing marketing budgets
Strategic thinking, creativity and innovation, consumer orientation, leadership and influence, strong analytical capability and teamwork
Profile oriented toward social media and digital, with autonomy for decision making
C1 English proficiency and residency in Colombia required
