Job Purpose 🎯

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Business & Administrative Coordinator USA to guarantee the comprehensive administration of our North American business unit. This role acts as a crucial strategic bridge between commercial, financial, and operational areas, enabling high business performance through efficient commercial and financial process management. The position is based in Colombia but is fully dedicated to overseeing and optimizing the North American market.


Key Responsibilities: 🛠️

  • Business & Commercial Administration: Manage and control administrative and commercial processes associated with the North American business unit, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and policies.
  • Financial & Commercial Analysis: Conduct profitability, margin, and pricing analyses. Audit actual production and operational costs against client quotes and closed deals to protect business profitability.
  • Sales Commission Management: Calculate, administer, and audit the variable compensation and sales incentive schemes for North America, generating scenarios and simulations to ensure process transparency and traceability.
  • Data Governance & Strategic Reporting: Consolidate data to maintain the absolute integrity of operational and commercial information. Design KPIs, management dashboards, and strategic reports for executive leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks within administration and sales operations to propose, lead, and execute automation and optimization initiatives.


Requirements: ✅

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Controlling, or Sales Operations (Sales Ops).
  • Languages: Advanced English is mandatory, as the role interacts daily with stakeholders and operations in the USA.
  • Visa: Valid US Tourist/Business Visa is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, data governance, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
