Business Systems Analyst (Card Payments Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Management: Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis against existing solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Documentation: Create use cases, user stories, and detailed functional documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning and tracking, including change management and release cycles.
• Quality Assurance: Support QA teams in defining test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT processes.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support: Provide second-level functional support during implementation and post-production phases.
• Knowledge Transfer: Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Reporting: Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, IT Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar roles.
• Card Payments Experience: Experience in card payments (credit and/or debit) is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation, with intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Industry (Preferred): Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments industry is a plus.
• Languages: Advanced English (C1 – conversational) required for effective communication in international meetings and written correspondence.
