We are seeking a Clinical Data Management Specialist with experience in the design, development, and support of solutions for clinical trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of clinical databases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the implementation of processes and technologies aligned with industry standards.

This position requires an analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage projects, and provide technical support for initiatives related to clinical research.

Conditions

• Salary: 5,335,533 COP.
• Fixed-term contract 
• Workweek: Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Professional with a background in health sciences, engineering, systems, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in clinical data management or similar roles.
• Experience in the design, development, documentation, testing, and support of databases for clinical studies.
• Knowledge of industry standards applicable to clinical data management.
• Experience supporting the development of clinical reports, data transfers, and system integration.
• Ability to manage projects, track schedules and milestones, and resolve incidents.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to less experienced professionals.
• Knowledge of quality procedures and technical documentation.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for professional settings.
