Desired Profile:
We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in training and development processes, organizational culture, and Human Resources projects, with participation in sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves leading or supporting strategic projects aligned with organizational evolution.

Requirements to apply:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, International Business, or related fields.

• English level: Advanced (B2, C1, C2).

• Availability: Based in Cartagena or willing to relocate.

Contract conditions:

• Schedule: Administrative (100% onsite).

• Contract type: Indefinite-term contract (permanent position)

• Salary range: COP $4,800,000 to $5,200,000.
