Salary Range: Up to $4.500.000

Role Description: The Customer Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring independent and franchise dealers gain tangible value from our digital platforms from day one. This position focuses on dealer enablement, data integrity, and customer engagement, acting as a bridge between sales, operations, and support. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality demos for independent and franchise dealers.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) for companies, contacts, and deals.

  • Lead dealer onboarding, ensuring setup completion (credit app, logo, lender requests, users).

  • Monitor dealer activity to identify at-risk accounts and execute re-engagement strategies.

  • Respond to help requests promptly and document all interactions in HubSpot.

  • Create templates, follow-up processes, and contribute to SOP improvements.

  • Make outbound calls to schedule demos and follow up on trade show leads.

  • Support operations and cross-functional projects as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.

  • Strong presentation and demo skills via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

  • Excellent communication (spoken and written English).

  • High attention to detail and organizational accuracy.

  • Proven experience working directly with dealers or in the automotive sector.

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in fintech, automotive SaaS, or digital retailing platforms.

  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools or data analytics dashboards.

Additional Details

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Work Mode: Fully remote Colombia.

  • Contract Type: Full-time labor contract.

  • English Level: B2–C1 (required).
