We are looking for an ashtagECommerce hashtagAdministrator to manage and grow digital sales channels across two markets: Colombia and the United States for a leading coffee company with international operations. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who knows how to turn a great product into an exceptional digital experience.

Requirements
2 to 3 years of Shopify e-commerce management experience.
Proven track record in DTC operations and digital channels for local and international markets (US experience preferred).
Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into strategic actions.
Detail-oriented, autonomous and able to manage multiple workstreams.
Desirable: SEO, CRM integrations, marketing automation.
English proficiency: B2+

Offer
Salary: $5.500.000 to $6.500.000 COP + Benefits.
Work mode: Hybrid in Bogotá or Medellín.
Contract: Permanent in Colombia.
