¡We are hiring at Turia GBS! Join us as a Verification and Monitoring Specialist. In this role, you will coordinate and execute independent verification activities aimed at evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls, as well as lead the comprehensive management of investigations derived from the complaints line, guaranteeing objectivity, confidentiality, due process and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensively evaluate the design and effectiveness of the internal control system through independent audits aimed at identifying risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate the execution of verification plans and control tests, ensuring coverage of critical financial and operational processes.
• Conduct investigations stemming from the whistleblowing hotline, guaranteeing objectivity, due process, confidentiality, and technical support for conclusions.
• Analyze documentary, digital, and testimonial evidence to determine facts, responsibilities, and risks associated with irregularities or non-compliance.
• Issue technical verification and investigation reports with substantiated conclusions and recommendations aimed at strengthening internal control and mitigating risks.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans, tracking the effectiveness of the measures adopted.
• Contribute to strengthening the ethical culture and control environment by supporting preventive initiatives related to integrity, fraud, and compliance.
• Generate results reports for presentation to senior management or governance committees.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in administrative, economic, financial or related areas. Specialization in Internal Control, Audit or similar.
• English level C1.
• +6 years of experience in auditing, internal control evaluation, management and investigations of complaints or fraud.
• Valid US Visa.
