This role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives (C-Level), managing

schedules, communications, travel, and documents, acting as a key liaison to ensure smooth

operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic tasks by handling daily logistics, planning

events, managing confidential information, and proactively anticipating needs. Key duties include

calendar management, manage the C-Level person to-do task list, manage C-Level person email,

travel booking, preparing reports/presentations, screening calls, and maintaining strict

confidentiality. Assist with personal and family activities planning.


Exceptional organizational and time-management skills and experience, Strong verbal and written

communication, High level of discretion and professionalism, and Proactive problem-solving and

adaptability.


3+ years experience in similar roles is a must-have


Personnel should speak and write in Spanish and English at 95% or better.
