Our organization is looking for a Financial Controller who will play a critical role in ensuring the company's financial integrity, leading accounting processes, audits, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning, aligned with both local and international standards.

🔎 What you'll do:
✅ Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulations.
✅ Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audit processes.
✅ Lead tax strategy and manage relationships with entities such as DIAN, UGPP, and Cámara de Comercio.
✅ Support corporate structuring processes (incorporation, mergers, transformations).
✅ Oversee financial operations: invoicing, payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
✅ Lead the annual budgeting process, treasury, and cash flow management.
✅ Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
✅ Serve as the key point of contact for U.S. stakeholders and internal leadership.

🎓 What we're looking for:
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
▪️ Master's degree in Finance or similar (a plus).
▪️ 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, including 2–5 years in a leadership position.
▪️ Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or QuickBooks preferred).
▪️ Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Colombian regulations.
