Full Stack Developer Senior

At Autonomic Mind, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join an agile team and lead the development of innovative solutions for one of our partner companies. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing complex software systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical leadership within the team. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of modern development practices, advanced problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

A key part of this role will be designing and maintaining robust integrations with multiple third-party platforms, centralizing them into our proprietary system.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong experience in frameworks like Node.js, Nest.js, and React.

• Extensive experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and branching strategies for complex projects.

• Advanced experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems (REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, SDKs), including authentication and data synchronization strategies.

• Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing with tools like Jest or Cypress.

• In-depth knowledge of implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Bitbucket, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

• Expertise in relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

• Advanced understanding of cloud platforms, with practical experience in AWS services like Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.

• Proficiency in JWT and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they are scalable and secure.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.

• Optimize existing systems and propose architectural enhancements.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.

• Implement advanced testing strategies to ensure code reliability and quality.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.

• Act as a key technical point of contact, offering innovative solutions to business challenges.
