Initial Requirements to Apply

1️⃣ Advanced English (B2+/C1) required — interviews and daily work are conducted in English.

2️⃣ Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory for this role.

3️⃣ Must reside in Bogotá, Colombia, with legal authorization to work in the country (local candidates only).

4️⃣ 7+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.

5️⃣ At least 3 years of experience managing BPOs or third‑party vendors supporting sales operations at a regional or global level.


Required Knowledge and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong background in Global Sales Operations with hands-on execution focus (6+ years).
  • Proven experience managing BPO / outsourced sales teams, including onboarding, compliance tracking, and SLA monitoring (3+ years).
  • Solid understanding of SLA frameworks, KPIs, contract execution, and vendor compliance (no negotiation ownership required).
  • Experience translating Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies into actionable operational plans and task execution.
  • Advanced skills in sales performance reporting, data validation, and KPI monitoring.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools, dashboards, and CRM-based reporting.
  • Experience supporting recruitment workflows for sales teams (job postings, interview coordination, evaluation reporting).
  • Comfortable working under clear managerial direction, with disciplined execution and accountability.
  • Collaborative, structured, and reliable execution style in complex operational environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support BPO partner operations, including preliminary vendor coordination, onboarding tracking, and compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinate operational documentation, contract workflows, legal reviews, and record archiving within pre‑approved SLA frameworks.
  • Perform daily and weekly monitoring of BPO performance, promptly escalating anomalies, risks, or disputes to internal leadership.
  • Translate pre‑defined regional GTM strategies into clear, executable task lists for BPO sales teams.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes for outsourced sales teams (postings, interview scheduling, evaluation summaries).
  • Organize and track sales training sessions based on standardized programs; gather feedback and performance data.
  • Collect, cleanse, and maintain daily sales and performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
