- Lead coach and develop a team of HR Specialists and Senior HR Specialists.
- Oversee employee lifecycle transaction processing and case management.
- Monitor service level agreements and operational metrics.
- Partner closely with Payroll to ensure smooth execution of payroll-impacting transactions.
- Lead local process improvement initiatives and support Workday and ServiceNow enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations Employee Services or Shared Services.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience.
- Strong Workday and ServiceNow experience.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily collaboration with stakeholders in the USA and Canada.
