At ABATECH, we operate in a highly regulated healthcare environment where endpoint security, reliability, and lifecycle governance are mission-critical.

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint & Mobility Engineer to serve as the single accountable owner of our enterprise endpoint and mobile services, overseeing iOS, macOS, and centralized device management platforms.

This is a strategic service ownership role focused on scalability, automation, compliance, and operational enablement — not day-to-day Service Desk work.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Own enterprise endpoint and mobile device services end-to-end.
• Architect and standardize iOS and macOS management using Microsoft Intune and endpoint platforms.
• Design zero-touch provisioning, automated enrollment, and configuration frameworks.
• Govern full device lifecycle including ordering, distribution, refresh, recovery, and offboarding.
• Define and enforce endpoint security policies (encryption, patching, compliance baselines).
• Lead lost/stolen device procedures and remote lock/wipe execution.
• Build automation for enrollment, patching, compliance remediation, and reporting.
• Maintain monitoring, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
• Own asset inventory, refresh cycles, and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Manage vendors, carriers, contracts, and performance oversight.
• Define endpoint application certification and deployment standards.
• Partner with Security, HR, Software Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Create documentation, operational standards, and escalation frameworks.
• Support change management, major incidents, and root cause analysis.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint or mobility engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Intune
• Enterprise macOS management
• iOS device management
• Experience implementing zero-touch enrollment and automated provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices in regulated environments.
• Experience managing lifecycle governance and vendor/carrier oversight.
• Ability to define operational models and service ownership structures.
• Advanced English (B2+ required).
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred.
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or Apple certifications preferred.
