We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Coordinator to bridge the gap between business and technology, identifying opportunities, designing automation solutions, and driving adoption across the organization. This role will ensure that automation initiatives generate measurable and sustainable business value while supporting the transformation journey of our Global Business Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the Intelligent Automation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities across the business, building business cases and assessing operational impact
• Design automation solutions leveraging RPA, AI Agents, low-code platforms, and system integrations
• Drive change management and user adoption, ensuring successful implementation and long-term sustainability of solutions
• Promote an automation-first culture by training stakeholders, communicating benefits, and identifying new opportunities
• Lead and oversee automation development activities, ensuring technical quality, governance, documentation, and operational continuity
• Measure and communicate business outcomes, including efficiency gains, cost savings, quality improvements, and adoption metrics
• Manage relationships with external automation vendors and ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in process automation, including at least 2 years leading automation, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience in GBS, Shared Services Centers (SSC), or similar environments is preferred
• Knowledge of process mapping and design methodologies (BPMN)
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, and AI automation tools such as Copilot Studio, n8n, LangChain, or similar technologies
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise system integrations
• Fluent English communication skills (B2+
