At Turia GBS, we are looking for students of International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or similar fields, who are available to start an internship in the Supply Chain Department as a Corporate Trips Intern. CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH IS A MUST.

Corporate Trips Intern Responsibilities:

• Make reservations for cars, flights, or trips according to needs that comply with travel policies.
• Make payment of rents and services.
• Search for the best purchase options that comply with travel policies.
• Manage rental contracts.
• Report in CONCUR the legalization of purchases and attach support documents.
• Generate monthly expense reports

° We offer 100% of the minimum legal monthly salary (SMMLV) + ARL + EPS.

° Monday to Friday

° Half day off on your birthday
