Purchasing Intern Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from clients and suppliers.
• Track shipped products.
• Generate documentation.
• Support the shipping and delivery process to final destinations.
• Process orders according to procurement scheduling and procedures.
• Assist with inventory tasks.
• Identify and source suppliers.
• Participate in preparing department documents for potential audits.
• Monitor route movements.
