💡 Your challenge at Banco Davivienda:

You will lead and strengthen our communication with the investor community, including equity and fixed income investors, financial analysts, rating agencies, and key stakeholders. The role requires a solid understanding of the Bank’s strategy, performance, and long-term vision to help ensure a fair and accurate market valuation.

🎯 What you’ll do:

✅ Keep investors engaged with Davivienda’s shares and bonds through clear, timely, and strategic communication.

✅ Lead the development of quarterly earnings reports and investor presentations, coordinating closely with multiple internal teams.

✅ Prepare materials and presentations for senior management, investors, rating agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the year.

✅ Respond to information requests from analysts and investors, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging based on internal guidelines.

📘 What we’re looking for:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields, with strong exposure to finance, capital markets, risk management, strategy, or banking.

✅ Experience: 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial planning, accounting, corporate governance, sustainability, capital markets, or related areas.

✅ English: C1 level (reading, speaking, and writing), assessment required.

💚 Technical knowledge that adds value (technical assessment required):

✅ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

✅ Financial reporting and KPI analysis

✅ General understanding of corporate finance, risk, and capital markets

✅ Bloomberg knowledge (preferred)

✅ Experience preparing reports in English

✅ Ongoing communication in English with investors and cross-functional teams

📝 Contract: Permanent contract directly with Banco Davivienda
