Your Mission ✍🏻

As Project Manager, you will lead high-impact eCommerce projects, from planning through execution, ensuring top-quality results, on time and within budget. Acting as a strategic partner for both clients and internal teams, you will orchestrate multidisciplinary efforts to deliver outstanding digital commerce solutions.

Key Challenges You’ll Take On 💪

Manage projects end-to-end using tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project, with full control over timelines, scope, and quality.

Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients and stakeholders, aligning expectations and managing change requests effectively.

Lead end-to-end digital commerce (eCommerce) projects, including headless implementations involving collaboration with other agencies and internal teams, as well as fully in-house projects.

Apply formal project management methodologies (SCRUM, PMBOK, etc.), including critical path management, change control, and risk management.

Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI designers, QA, functional consultants, platform specialists, etc.).

Monitor project health, anticipate risks, and implement corrective action plans to meet deadlines and KPIs.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge and certifications in SCRUM methodology.

Proven hands-on experience in full eCommerce implementations (platform migrations, builds from scratch).

Proficiency with Office Suite and project management tools.

Strong technical and functional expertise in VTEX (preferred), with proven experience leading successful implementations; experience with other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is also valued..

Intermediate/Advanced English (oral and written) to work with international clients.

Experience

Minimum 4 years managing eCommerce and digital projects.

Minimum 3 years technical and functional experience with VTEX or another eCommerce platform, with proven project implementation record.

Advanced knowledge in eCommerce.

Track record leading multidisciplinary teams in complete eCommerce implementations.

SCRUM Master experience in eCommerce projects is a plus.

Contract & Work Model

Permanent contract.

Location: Colombia (Hybrid).
