We are looking for a Junior Marketing Trafficker to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and launch paid media campaigns.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, spend, and budget pacing.
• Identify optimization opportunities and execute approved adjustments.
• Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Manage audiences, retargeting, and segmentation tests.
• Coordinate and execute A/B tests for creatives and ad copy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Verify URLs, UTM parameters, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Maintain campaign trackers and dashboards.
• Identify and escalate campaign or tracking issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Development, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, media buying, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Conversions API.
• Experience with Looker Studio, CRM, tracking, or marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and CRO.
• Experience with U.S.-market digital advertising.

You don't need to be an expert in every platform. Strong Meta Ads fundamentals, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are the most important qualities.
