Dreamport is seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal positions across the organization. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting across multiple functions, excels at candidate engagement, and is passionate about helping organizations attract and retain exceptional talent.


Job Conditions


  • Indefinite-term contract.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).
  • 100% on-site located in the Chicó Norte neighborhood.
  • Monthly gross salary of 3,000,000 COP + full statutory legal benefits + legal transportation allowance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Dreamport positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and hiring quality.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Regularly update hiring stakeholders on pipeline status and recruitment progress.
  • Promote Dreamport's employer brand across different channels.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and candidate outreach campaigns.
  • Support initiatives that improve candidate attraction and employee referrals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing (Including Interships).
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
