The Luxury Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while building trusted relationships that drive sales performance, client loyalty, and brand positioning.
This role goes beyond traditional selling. We are seeking advisors who can understand each client’s aspirations and guide them through meaningful and memorable purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets while developing long-term client relationships.
• Deliver personalized and exceptional shopping experiences aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Advise clients with expert knowledge of products, brands, and collections.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, after-sales service, and client retention.
• Support boutique operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, service management, and outstanding product presentation.
Qualifications
Education:
Technical, technological, or university degree in:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Business Administration
- International Business
- Communications
- Related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of consultative face-to-face sales experience.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Requeriments
- English proficiency (B2 minimum).
